55r VIP About the Program

The 55r VIP Program is built for members who are consistently active on the platform and expect more than the standard experience. Beyond ordinary bonuses, this is about real, personalised service.

From the Gold tier onwards, every member is assigned a dedicated account manager who speaks Bengali. Whether it's an issue, a withdrawal query, or a bonus question, they help you directly — no waiting in a call centre queue.

Cashback is one of 55r's most popular VIP perks. Every Monday, cashback is calculated based on the previous week's net losses and credited directly to your account. Diamond members can receive up to 30% cashback — so even after a rough week, you get something back.

Withdrawal speeds are significantly faster for VIP members. Platinum and Diamond members get instant withdrawals — funds arrive in the account right after the request is made. This is especially useful after a big win.

Another standout feature of the 55r VIP Program is exclusive event invitations. During the Cricket World Cup, IPL, or major football tournaments, special betting tournaments with guaranteed prize pools are organised for Platinum and Diamond members.

Diamond members unlock 55r's most exclusive perk — custom bonuses. Offers are crafted around each member's individual playing style and preferences. Bet heavily on football? Expect football-focused bonuses. Play mostly slots? You'll get free spins. That's the beauty of true customisation.

About VIP FAQ

No, there's no separate application to join the 55r VIP Program. Every registered member automatically starts at the Bronze tier. As you accumulate points through bets and spins, you move up the tiers automatically.

Yes, VIP Points do have an annual expiry. Points reset every January, and tier standings are recalculated at that time. However, staying regularly active makes it easy to maintain your current tier.

Every Monday, net losses from the previous week (Monday–Sunday) are calculated and cashback is credited directly to your account balance. There are no wagering requirements on cashback — you can use it or withdraw it immediately.

It depends entirely on how often and how much you play. Diamond requires 100,000 points. Betting 1,000 BDT on slots daily earns roughly 100 points per day — at that rate, it would take around three years. Bet more, and you can get there much faster.

Gifts for Diamond members are fully customised. They typically include premium electronics, branded items, hotel vouchers, or tickets to special cricket or football matches. Your VIP host will reach out personally with the details as part of your annual bonus.
